Obtaining and exceeding many resolution targets

In 2022, under the direction and leadership of the local Party Committee, People's Council, People's Committee together with the initiative and flexibility in performing tasks assigned by the local Party Committees and authorities at all levels and the solidarity and efforts by all people and businesses, Ben Cat town has achieved many encouraging results.

Tasks and solutions concretized

To concretize the main objectives, tasks and solutions in the Resolution of the 11th provincial Party Congress, Ben Cat town’s Party Committee has updated and added new tasks in line with the local realities, set up and issued action plans to ensure comprehension and feasiblity in organization and implementation. For effective implementation, Ben Cat town has promoted propaganda, raising awareness, reaching unification of thought and action among cadres, Party members, civil servants, public employees and people on the implementation of the Resolution of the town’s Party Congress for the 2020-2025 tenure.

In recent years, An Dien commune has been one of the localities with breakthrough development, especially in economic development and new-style rural construction. In the 2020-2025 tenure, one of the key tasks set by the commune’s Party Committee is to mobilize all resources, promoting economic development and building up a synchronous social and technical infrastructure system, implementing projects on urban rejuvenation.

Tran Thanh Liem, Chairman of An Dien communal People's Committee said that the town’s Party Committee and People's Committee have set up and issued resolutions and plans with high determination, promoting propaganda and mobilization of officials, Party members and people to raise awareness and share responsibilities for participation. In the coming time, An Dien communal People's Committee will focus on promoting socio-economic development, sustainable development, creating a breakthrough in the development of industry, home industry, services, eco-tourism, hi-tech-based urban agriculture; attach special importance to cultural and social development, environmental protection, ensure social welfare, sustainable poverty reduction, improve the material and spiritual lives of people, enhance the quality of education and training, fulfill the annual target of military assignment, maintain political security, social order and safety...

Fulfilling and exceeding many targets

As assessed, Ben Cat town’s Party Committee led to fulfill and exceed many targets and tasks set out in 2022, especially in implementing the goal of effective control of the Covid-19 pandemic with focus on promoting socio-economic recovery and development; further carried out key tasks on consolidating and building the local political system to achieve and exceed all 15 targets of the Resolution of the town’s Party Committee in 2022; completed and exceeded 25 out of 27 targets on socio-economic development, national defense - security compared to the resolution of the town’s People’s Council.

In addition, the town’s inspection, supervision, consolidation and planning of all-level staff were carried out methodically on schedule. The activities of the local Fatherland Front and mass organizations reached in-depth development towards grassroots with rich and diverse contents, attracting the participation of numerous members and people.

In 2023, Ben Cat town’s Party Committee, government and people from all strata will further raise their determination from the beginning of the year; continue overcoming difficulties, turning challenges into opportunities. The town will continue upholding the tradition of solidarity, innovation and creativity; mobilize all resources, effectively exploiting the local potential for sustainable development.
