Outstanding employees in Ben Cat honored

Many exemplary role-models were discovered across the town through patriotic emulation movements. They created a lot of technical innovations and initiatives, helping improve working environment, minimizing environmental pollution, saving production materials and fuel.

The town’s Labor Union also paid attention to enhancing employees’ competence, greatly contributing to the local socio-economic development…Through the “Working well, working creatively” emulation movement, as many as 1,171 initiatives were applied with high efficiency and productivity. There were also around 170 outstanding individuals reported among town-based enterprises.

On this occasion, the town’s Labor Union awarded the certificates of merit to 27 collectives and 143 individuals who got excellent achievements in the patriotic emulation movements between 2010 and 2015.
