Outstanding Party members, advanced youths in following Uncle Ho’s teachings honored

Early May 20, provincial Youth Union Standing Committee held the journey 13 “Following the tradition for sustainable future”, honoring outstanding Party members, advanced youths in following Uncle Ho’s teachings for the 2018-2020 period.

Accordingly, delegates together with Youth Union members, teenagers and children offered wreaths, burn incense to commemorate heroes, martyrs; visited “Phu Loi prison” historical relic site. At the site, provincial Youth Union Standing Committee honored 14 outstanding Party members in 2020, 25 advanced youths in following Uncle Ho’s teachings at provincial level…; offered Uncle Ho’s portraits to participating units; awarded “Ho Van Men” scholarships to 7 pupils with difficult circumstances, prizes of the writing contest on “Being proud of the Great Spring Victory of 1975” to 6 individuals.

It is known that the journey “Following the tradition for sustainable future” to honor outstanding Party members in 2020, advanced youths in following Uncle Ho’s teachings for the 2018-2020 period and outstanding teenagers and children has taken place from May 19 to 22 at 10 historical relic sites across the province.

*On the morning of the same day, Thuan An city’s Youth Union coordinated with provincial Youth Union to organize a ceremony honoring outstanding Party members and advanced youths in following Uncle Ho’s teachings in a series of the journeys “Following the tradition for sustainable development” on the occasion of the 130^th anniversary of Uncle Ho’s birthday and the 109^th anniversary of Uncle Ho leaving Vietnam to seek the way to save the country at the “Thuan An Hoa war zone” historical relic site.

At the ceremony, young Party members and Youth Union members offered wreaths, burn incense to commemorate heroes, martyrs at the historical relic site. The city’s Youth Union also honored 8 outstanding Party members and 12 advanced youths in following Uncle Ho’s teachings for the 2018-2020 period; awarded certificates to 7 outstanding individuals in the “Being proud of the Great Spring Victory of 1975”; offered 19 rewards to outstanding Young Pioneer Organization (YPO) detachments and YPO members…
