On the morning of April 18, the Central Committee of the Vietnamese Women's Union in collaboration with the provincial Women's Union and the Women's Union of Phu Giao district organized the Forum of "Job opportunities after vocational training for rural female workers in the digital era" with the participation of 100 rural female workers in Phu Giao district.
At the forum, speakers from the General Department of Vocational Education and Training, human resource forecasters shared and informed the current guidelines and policies of the CPV and State related to vocational training support to introduce and create jobs after vocational training for rural workers including female workers, to provide the knowledge and skills women need to be equipped to meet the requirements of businesses adapting to the 4th industrial revolution.
Leaders of the Department of Labor, Invalids, Social Affairs of the province and Phu Giao district also shared some new information about the economic field in the current period, status of vocational training and job opportunities after vocational training in the locality.
Within the framework of the forum, officials and women's members in Phu Giao district shared experiences in the successful start-up process, opportunities for women members to be introduced to jobs in the area.
On the occasion, the provincial Women's Union presented 46 sets of Ao Dai to female civil servants, public employees and workers in difficult circumstances in Phu Giao district.
