Prepare carefully for district-level Vietnam Youth Federation Congress

On the basis of completing the congress of Vietnam Youth Federation of communes, wards and towns, Vietnam Youth Federation of districts, towns and cities in the province continues to seriously implement guidance, direction and emulation movements to successfully organize the district-level Vietnam Youth Federation Congress.

Ensure good conditions

Immediately after completing the grassroots congress, the Vietnam Youth Union Committee of districts, towns and cities focused on preparing conditions to organize the district-level Vietnam Youth Federation congress for the 2024-2029 term.

In Bac Tan Uyen district, 10/10 commune and town associations completed the congress to ensure progress. Continuing to implement according to the plan of the Central Vietnam Youth Federation, the provincial Vietnam Youth Federation and directives of Standing Committee of the District Party Committee, the Vietnam Youth Federation of Bac Tan Uyen district held a conference to comment on the draft documents and personnel project of the 3rd district Congress of Vietnam Youth Federation, term 2024-2029. Participating in the conference, presidents of Youth Federations of communes and towns; Heads of affiliated clubs, teams and groups commented on the draft documents; personnel projects, positions of president and vice president of the associations; allocation of delegates to the congress. In addition, the conference also discussed proposals for exhibition models at the congress and some issues in the preparation for the congress.

Do Ngoc Loi, Secretary of the District Youth Union, Youth Federation’s Chairman of Bac Tan Uyen district, said that through the conference, the committee received comments and will set goals, tasks, and solutions for the new term 2024-2029.

Collecting comments on draft documents and personnel projects is an important task. The Vietnam Youth Federation Committees of districts, towns and cities have done this work well to complete political reports submitted to the congress and have more specific directions for activities in the period 2024-2029. From these comments, Youth Federation Committees of districts, towns and cities adjusted, amended and supplemented the draft political reports to make it more complete.

It is known that the Secretariat of Provincial Youth Federation instructed Youth Federations of districts, towns and cities to carry out works to organize congresses; absolutely do not organize congresses carelessly. The Provincial Youth Federation Secretariat is also responsible for supporting units to prepare good content, facilities and documents for district-level congresses.

Increase meaningful activities

Welcoming the district-level Vietnam Youth Union Congresses, Vietnam Youth Federations at all levels have been strengthening meaningful activities to create excitement among youth before the congress. Moving towards the 6th Youth Federation Congress of Dau Tieng district, term 2024-2029, Youth Union - Vietnam Youth Federation of Dau Tieng town organized a trip for the delegates of the district congress coming to Duc Thanh school relic site in Phan Thiet (Binh Thuan province). This trip helped young people gain a deeper understanding of the life and great career of President Ho Chi Minh.

Nguyen Hoang Giang, Deputy Secretary of the District Youth Union, Youth Federation Chairman of Dau Tieng district, said that welcoming the 6th Youth Federation Congress of the district, term 2024-2029, 100% its associations in the district have done many meaningful youth projects and activities, attracting the participation of a large number of members and young people. The district's associations also mobilized youth members to actively respond to changing avatars, updating cover photos on their Facebook pages to welcome the congress...

The vibrant competitive atmosphere welcoming the district-level Youth Federation congress was promoted by all levels with many widely and diversely organized activities. In particular, associations actively called on and mobilized resources to support disadvantaged youth; organized medical examinations, health consultations, free medicine distribution and gifts for heroic Vietnamese mothers; cleaned the environment, respond to climate change; awarded scholarships to disadvantaged students; Inauguration of rural road lighting project... Before, during and after the congress, the district-level Youth Federation will coordinate with Youth Union to increase propaganda on local radio stations and social networks...
