Provincial Committee for Traffic Safety has just sent an official dispatch on propaganda of wearing helmets that meet requirements of the mandatory standard, wearing helmets in children, traffic accidents caused by drunk driving to its affiliates and relevant units.

Accordingly, provincial Committee for Traffic Safety has required its affiliates to speed up dissemination of information about the above official dispatch to agencies, units, schools, residential areas and coach stations. Relevant units also need to take initiative in making propaganda plans and contact provincial Committee for Traffic Safety to receive posters and leaflets for wide and deep propaganda among locals.
