Seventy-nine years ago, on September 2, 1945, President Ho Chi Minh read the Declaration of Independence at Ba Dinh Square, founding the Democratic Republic of Vietnam, now the Socialist Republic of Vietnam. During these days, tens of millions of Vietnamese hearts are once again filled with sacred emotions and pride as they remember and express their gratitude to President Ho Chi Minh and the heroic martyrs who sacrificed for the Fatherland.

Following the heroic historical tradition of the nation, the Party Committee, government and people of Binh Duong province have strived to make  contributions to the sustainable development of their homeland in the direction of becoming a smart, civilized and modern city.

After the incense offering ceremony, the delegates visited each grave of the martyrs resting in provincial Martyrs' Cemetery to pay their deep respect and gratitude to the heroic martyrs.
