Provincial leaders visit and offer incense at Hung Kings’ Temple in Phu Tho

In the afternoon of April 24, provincial leaders led by Pham Van Canh, the permanent Deputy Secretary of Provincial Party Committee cum Chairman of Provincial People’s Council visited and offered incense at the Upper Temple (Hung Kings’ Temple) in Phu Tho Province. Accompanying the delegation was Tran Thanh Liem, the Deputy Secretary of Provincial Party Committee cum Chairman of Provincial People’s Committee, Dang Minh Hung, the Deputy Chairman of Provincial People’s Committee and some representatives of departments and sectors of the province.

Provincial leaders pay visit to a display stall of Binh Duong at Hung Kings’ Temple Festival

After the visit and incense offering at Central Mausoleum, Lower Temple, Middle Temple, and Gieng Temple, the provincial leaders presented offerings to the altar of ancestral gods and Upper Temple to pay tribute to the merits of Hung Kings and ancestral people in constructing Van Lang State – the foundation of our nation later on. At the place, the delegation also presented report on socio-economic development of Binh Duong through years. After 21 years of re-establishment of the province, Party Committee, authority, people and the armed force of Binh Duong have inherited vital achievements of Sogn Be Province in the first stage of reforms with non-stop efforts and determination of political system, enterprise community and people’s strata of Binh Duong to earn day by day transformation from a pure agricultural province into a province of high speed industrialization and urbanization in the Southern Major Economic Zone.

After the ceremony, provincial leaders visited exhibition stall introducing socio-economic achievements, cultural life, tourism, and delicacies of Binh Duong Province nowadays.

The Hung Kings’ Temple Festival is organized in 2018 by Phu Tho Provincial People’s Committee with attendance of representatives of provinces of Kien Giang, Thai Nguyen, Quang Nam, and Binh Duong.

On April 25 (the 10^th of March), Binh Duong Provincial Delegation shall participate incense offering ceremony at the Upper Temple and flower presentation at Hung Vuong Mausoleum organized by Phu Tho Provincial People’s Committee.
