Mai The Trung, Member of the Central Party Committee, Secretary of provincial Party Committee, on October 16, presided over a meeting to receive a delegation of leaders from the northern province of Ninh Binh, led by Nguyen Thi Thanh, Alternate Member of the Central Party Committee, Secretary of Ninh Binh provincial Party Committee.

On behalf of the delegation, Mrs.Thanh said that the delegation wanted that Binh Duong would share experience in implementing projects under the BOT and BT forms; setting up and promulgating preferential policies for investors; zoning and building urban traffic infrastructure…

Provincial leaders also informed the delegation about the local socio-economic performance since 1997. Particularly, the province’s total GDP value in 2013 was estimated at VND23.656bln with the average growth of 14.1%/year. The province’s GDP per capita reached VND52.7mln. The local economic structure continued shifting in the right direction with 61.3% of industry, 35.3% of services and 3.4% of agriculture.

Prior to that, the delegation also toured Binh Duong new city.
