Early April 26, Nguyen Van Loi, member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of provincial Party Committee, Head of provincial National Assembly Deputy Delegation together with provincial delegation made a survey on the progress of the DT746 street.

After hearing a report on the implementation of the project on upgrading DT746 street by leaders of provincial Traffic Construction Investment Project Management Board, Mr. Loi asked for Tan Uyen city and North Tan district to accelerate the progress of compensation and site clearance for the project; continue focusing on propaganda and mobilization of people about the guidelines and purposes of the implementation of the project in order to create a high consensus among people. He noted that the work of site clearance and compensation must ensure people’s rights and interests. The relevant units of the province and the two localities need to have coordination to urgently relocate the power grid to create conditions for the construction units of the project. The project’s contractors and construction units also need to speed up the implementation of bidding packages, shortening the construction time.

*On the morning of the same day, Mr. Loi and provincial delegation made an inspection tour on the progress of the implementation of the Vietnam - Singapore Industrial Park III Project and the construction progress of the Lego Group's factory. According to the investor of Vietnam - Singapore Industrial Park III, up to now, the construction work of phase 1 with an area of ​​​​196 hectares has been completed basically. The second phase will be deployed here, with an area of ​​804 hectares. The investor recommended the province to soon approve a compensation land price plan for the affected cases in phase 2 for infrastructure construction.

At the construction site of the Lego Factory, leader of the Lego Group said that it is expected that in the third quarter of 2024, the factory will come into operation. Lego also proposed the province to speed up the connection of the power grid for the factory to come into operation.

Speaking at the working session, Mr. Loi affirmed that the province has always tried its best to solve problems within the local competence to help ensure the construction progress of the factory. The province is also focusing on accelerating the progress of upgrading and expanding the DT746 street project while starting the construction of the belt road 4 at the end of the year, An Tay Port and traffic works with connection, facilitating Lego’s goods transportation.
