Provincial People’s Committee to implement online administrative procedures

Local People’s Committee just issued Decision No. 3282/QD-UBND approving project of “implementing blueprint of online administrative procedures” in State agencies across the province from 2011 to 2015 with orientation to 2020.

The mentioned project will promote IT application in activities of State agencies and enhance quality of administrative procedure reforms, intensifying information rating and coverage to better serve the people and enterprises.

By the end of this year, forms of public services are projected to be accessible at level 2 of provincial website to individuals and organizations through direct links or links broadcast on specific agencies. All the involved forms could be downloaded. By the end of 2015, it is expected that the major services will be online at level 3 and by 2020, the level will be 3 and above.

To reach such targets, all the forms will be digitalized in an interconnection of State agencies and enterprises. From now to 2015, provincial electric portal will be upgraded with level-2 and level-3 services in departments and sectors. Digital verification technology will be implemented when people can use level 3 services.
