Satisfaction rate of people reaches 97%

In the first 6 months of 2017, provincial Public Administrative Center received 51,782 dossiers, of which 2,833 dossiers were processed during the day. The number of processed dossiers reached 45,371 dossiers (on-time dossiers reached 96.64% of the total resolved dossiers). According to statistical data, the general satisfaction rate of people reached 97%, dissatisfaction rate is 3%. This result was reported through tablets in front of departments and agencies’ counters.

The number of dossiers returned to sender’s address by mail was 10,926, accounting for 21.12% of the total resolved dossiers (excluding the number of dossiers received at post offices). Of which, Department of Transport received 8,779 dossiers (accounting for 80.35%), Department of Justice 1,496 dossiers (accounting for 13.69%), Department of Planning and Investment returned 438 dossiers (accounting for 4.01%).

In addition, there were 12,563 driver license dossiers that were handled directly in districts, towns, cities and industrial zones for local people and workers in a quick, convenient, easy manner to save time, and then were returned door-to-door. Department of Justice coordinated with provincial Post Office and Viettel to receive door-to-door dossiers for the issuance of judicial records, and received directly 56 dossiers.
