Efforts of living improvement

Nearly one year since receiving a Red Cross house granted by Huynh Kim Cuc in Thu Dau Mot city, Dang Dinh Nhan and his wife in Binh Minh 2 quarter, Di An town remain overwhelmed happiness. They look at their house and think that they are dreaming.

The couple and their children were used to suffer a difficult life in a dilapidated hut and a very low income. Unfortunately, Nhan’s wife loses her hand, owing to an occupational accident while he is a disabled man.

Witnessing their hard life, Di An ward Red Cross society mobilized to grant a house to them. At present, their life has been improved gradually.

Or, Nguyen Le Van Tien, the 1st grader of Di An primary school in Di An town was a congenital heart patient. His mother, Nguyen Thi Hanh boasted “His health is now improved and his teacher lauds his intelligence”. Fortunately, the provincial Red Cross Society mobilized donors to grant expense of heart surgery to Tien.

Sharing love

Tran Thi Lien, chairwoman of the provincial Red Cross Society, said “the mobilization of every organization and every individual attaches to a humanitarian address has mobilized numerous cadres and youths to respond significant deeds to help the unlucky. In addition, the mobilization has won response from organizations and mass bodies, businesses and donors.

Through the mobilization, many unlucky people have enjoyed assistance to overcome difficulties. The Red Cross society at all levels have granted gifts, scholarships and so on to the unlucky.

However, there remain many unlucky people suffering adversity without help. They are therefore in dire need of support to have a better life.
