Special advisor to the Japan-Vietnam Friendship Parliamentary Alliance Tsutomu Takebe on working visit to Binh Duong Province

March 11, Mr. Tsutomu Takebe, the special advisor to the Japan-Vietnam Friendship Parliamentary Alliance and the executive advisor of Tokyu Group and experts of urban infrastructure of Japan International Cooperation Association (JICA) had a working visit to Binh Duong Province. Tran Thanh Liem, the Deputy
Secretary of Provincial Party Committee cum Chair of Provincial People’s Committee received the delegation.

Tsutomu Takebe informed that the delegation visited Binh Duong Province by a bus of Becamex Tokyu and enjoyed the same bus system in Japan. Accompanied by the delegation was JICA infrastructure experts who are ready to assist and cooperation with Binh Duong Province in development of urban infrastructure and services to promote socio-economic development of the province in a new stage.

Tran Thanh Liem, the Deputy Secretary of Provincial Party cum Chair of Provincial People’s Committee thanked the delegation for the care and opinions of Tsutomu Takebe. Binh Duong Province aims at constructing and developing civilized and modern urban areas to improve public life which requires much assistance and experience from Japan and JICA. Binh Duong Province looks forward to more promotion and realization of friendly relationship and cooperation of Vietnam and Japan.
