State management on land reinforced

Over years, the State management on land in the province has gradually gone into order and discipline, spurring local socio-economic development. However, there are still some restrictions including planning, poor quality of land usage and so on.

To manage and use land effectively and modernly, the provincial People’s Committee issued an Instruction 24/CT-UBND dated Oct. 13, 2011 on reinforcing the State management on land in the province.

Accordingly, the instruction asked relevant departments and agencies to map out plans on land usage till 2020, inspect and excel Decision 2624/QD-UBND dated Sept. 12, 2011 on ratifying urgent projects and works in 2011.

Aside from the main contents, the Committee steered some contents of the State land management including land database, compensation, resettlement assistance and land recovery and among others.
