Taking resolutions into life

Concretizing action plan on implementing resolutions, the provincial party committee for administration agencies bloc has paid attention to promulgation and hi-unity among party members and cadres to contribute to take resolutions into real life.  cadres and party members join in a legal learning contest. 

Nguyen Van Thanh, vice secretary of the provincial party committee for administration agencies bloc, said there are 6 important issues set out for action plans and the party committee is determined to excel them in the 2010-2015 term. Notably, after an approval, all cadres and party members and employees agree on launching the resolutions into real life.

Specifically, all party cells under the bloc party committee will reinforce political, moral and lifestyle education for party members and cadres, implement the mobilization of “Studying and following Ho Chi Minh’s moral examples”, improve leadership capacity and combat of grassroot party cells. In addition, the bloc party committee will pay attention to train, foster and plan cadres as well as supervise and build mass bodies strongly…

To excel the important issues, the bloc party committee set out breakthrough measures from now till 2015. Thanh added that all level party committees should launch resolutions, Party and State’s instructions and policies timely and serious. Concurrently, depending on tasks of every agency and unit, action plans will be concretized variously to excel 3 provincial breakthrough programs on urban development, manpower quality improvement and hi-quality service development.

However, one of strategic issues lies in training, fostering and improving quality of manpower. In addition, it is necessary to build strong mass bodies by holding lively movements such as picnic, excursions or volunteer summer and so on.

To complete the action plans and take resolutions into real life, Thanh valued that after launching the resolutions, most of the all level party cells have built proper action plans and initiated many emulation movements relating to anniversaries and crucial events…

Possibly speaking, resolutions are now concretized in daily works of cadres and party members.
