Thu Dau Mot City organizes many activities to celebrate the liberation of the South and reunification of the country

 Celebrating the 48th anniversary of the Liberation of the South and the reunification of the country (April 30, 1975 - April 30, 2023) and the 133rd anniversary of President Ho Chi Minh's birthday (May 19, 1890 - May 19, 2023), Thu Dau Mot City will organize many welcoming activities.

Namely, the city will organize activities such as flashmob of internal nourishing exercise, children's aerobics performances; a show of lion and dragon dance; the traditional boat race in Binh Duong province in 2023; flower design contest and flower lanterns; parade of sound trucks; Don Ca Tai Tu performances; performances of traditional wooden clogs combined with ao dai, ao ba ba, folk games... In addition, the city will also hold an exhibition of paintings and photos about the struggling process of the two resistance wars against France and the US.

The activities are to serve folks’ needs for enjoying culture, arts and sports; at the same time, encourage Party members and people to promote their internal resources, make achievements to celebrate the country's major holidays, and successfully implement targets and tasks of the 2023 plan.
