Thu Dau Mot City Youth Union diversifies the content and form of youth activities

Thu Dau Mot City Youth Union convened a meeting to summarize Youth Union works and youth movements in 2017. In the past year, education on political ideology, traditions, ethics, lifestyle, laws... were renovated in forms, diversified in content and forms of organization and operation. Since then, these activities had a good impact on raising the political awareness and ideology of Youth Union members.

In addition, revolutionary action programs such as the movement "Pioneering, volunteering to build and defend the Fatherland", "Accompanying the youth in settling down..." achieved many good results. Every year, on the 1st full moon festival, the Youth Union deploys free mobile patches, presents water, cold towels, free leaflets to people and pilgrims; cooperates with organizations and volunteers to organize Volunteer Winter Campaign on the theme of Thu Dau Mot Youth taking actions for the Homeland" in Binh Phuoc Province with meaningful activities, such as free medical examination and treatment, giving gifts and scholarships to children in difficult circumstances.

In addition, the Youth Union organized well voluntary youth campaigns; "Green Sunday", "Voluntary Saturday"; collaborated with units to organize medical examination and medicines dispense for young workers; raised resources to build houses for children in difficult circumstances. 

On this occasion, An My High School Youth Union received certificate of merit from the Central Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union for outstanding achievements in youth and children's movement in 2017; Provincial Youth Confederation rewarded 3 collectives and 10 individuals with outstanding achievements in Youth Union activities and Youth Movement in 2017; TDM City Youth Union Standing Committee also commended outstanding individuals and collectives.
