Thuan An town youth proudly moving forward under the Party flag

This was the topic of the get-together between Union members of Thuan An town, commemorating the 85^th the Communist Party of Vietnam foundation day (02/03/1930 - 02/03/2015). Union members watched together documentary films about the Party’s history, exchanged with former leadership, commended typical youth examples, nominated outstanding Union members for further training, cultivating.

Being proud to be a member

At the get-together, Union members exchanged their directions to become members of the CPV, shared their thoughts, aspirations; expressed desires to devote themselves to the homeland. Young persons also expressed their desire to receive more attention, training from provincial leadership; each of them have strived for practical targets, especially to become Party members. Through this meeting, municipal Union members wanted to enhance patriotic movement among young people, promote the voluntary role of young generation in national development and defense.

Agencies Youth Union branch Secretary Truong Van Khanh was honored on this occasion, said: “Becoming a party member is honored, proud, but also means responsibility of devoting myself to deserve entrustment from the Party. Dedication starts from constantly improving knowledge, cultivating virtue, completing all duties assigned by the Party…”

Thuan An town Youth Union’s Deputy Secretary Huynh Thi Thu Thuy said: “As famous words of the hero Ly Tu Trong: "The path of youth can only be revolutionary path", this has been the guideline to all Thuan An town Union members promoting their role in movements, such as: the youth studying and following Uncle Ho’s teachings; the youth volunteering, building and protecting the country; the youth competing in production, business; the youth establish themselves…”

According to Ms. Thuy, local youth will continue to promote achieved results, spread emulation among members. Accordingly, in 2015, Thuan An town will foster historical, political and ideological education. Municipal Youth Union will organize many activities to arouse patriotism, national pride, revolutionary vigilance, and readiness to participate in national defense; deploy youth projects, creating lively emulation atmosphere; determine to make achievements to celebrate Party Congress; improve the quality of activities, introduce outstanding members for admission…”
