Over the past time, the provincial People's Committee has launched online public services for the whole province on the Public Administration at http://dichvucong.binhduong.gov.vn/dvc/.

In the third quarter of 2018, the provincial People's Committee approves the policy for implementation of information technology application "Implementing online public services level 3 and level 4 for agencies and units in the province. paragraph 2018-2019 ". Through deployed applications, facilitating organizations and individuals to use public services Level 3, Level 4 is more convenient, providing information exchange during the implementation of services, evaluating the service attitude of OSS staff; Linking the public administrative information system with other information systems for the purpose of enriching and diversifying the way of supporting organizations and individuals in carrying out administrative procedures.
