Mrs. Ho Thuy Nga, born in 1959, living in hamlet 4, An Phu commune, Thuan An district, suffering a fatal disease is in dire need of help. 22 years ago, after divorce, Nga managed to bring up a 10 year old daughter and a newly born boy.
