Workshop on family and clan’s role in building up learning society

On the afternoon of August 15, the Central Propaganda and Education Commission in collaboration with the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism and the Vietnam Study Promotion Association held an online workshop on "The role of families and clans in building learning society", contributing to preserving and promoting the good cultural values ​​of Vietnamese people in the new period" in Hanoi.

In Binh Duong, Truong Thi Bich Hanh, Member of provincial Party Standing Committee, Head of provincial Party Committee’s Propaganda-Education Commission chaired the workshop. At the workshop, there were speeches affirming and clarifying the role of families and clans in traditional education, building up a learning society in the new period; families and clans in the movement of building up a learning society...Delegates also proposed solutions to further promote and enhance the role of families and clans in education of the tradition of being fond of learning, forming up and upholding cultural beauty and cultural values ​​in new life conditions.

The workshop aimed at promoting the learning movement in residential areas to unite families and clans into a force of unity, consensus in the movement of “All people emulating for lifelong learning”, contributing to building up cultural, civilized and safe residential areas.
