Early July 23, provincial Youth Union Standing Committee held the opening ceremony of the peak day of volunteering to join hands in building up new-style rural regions, the 3rd Green Sunday and the Green Operation campaign of the province in 2023 at the People's Committee of Tam Lap commune in Phu Giao district. The units, namely the emulation cluster No. 1 under Thu Dau Mot city’s Youth Union; the emulation cluster of force building and logistics under provincial Police Agency; the emulation cluster No. 5 under provincial Agencies and Enterprises Bloc’s Youth Union and Phu Giao district’s Electricity, accompanied the program.

At the ceremony, provincial Youth Union Standing Committee, Phu Giao district’s Youth Union, provincial Agencies and Enterprises Bloc’s Youth Union, in collaboration with units, presented Tam Lap commune with a community sports playground worth VND 20 million; 20 waste baskets worth VND 10 million; a “lighting rural road” work worth VND 20 million, contributing to building up new-style rural regions in Tam Lap commune.

On this occasion, the units also gave 10 gifts worth VND5 million for disadvantaged students. After the ceremony, the units organized to visit and pay tribute to heroic Vietnamese mother Nguyen Thi Sam and 2 policy beneficiary families in An Long commune; organized a journey to red addresses in Phu Giao district…
