Over the years, studying and following President Ho Chi Minh's thought, morality and style has always been identified by the Standing Committee of Binh Duong provincial Youth Union as one of the central and cross-cutting tasks. The Youth Union at all levels maintains activities and concretizes them into actions, works, and youth tasks associated with the political tasks of each locality and unit.

In order to recognize the dedication, pioneering, and efforts in many fields, especially in studying and following President Ho Chi Minh's thought, morality and style of the youth union members, the provincial Youth Union has just organize the Festival of Elite Youths following President Ho Chi Minh’s teaching for 2020-2022. The festival is a meaningful activity maintained by the provincial Youth Union for many years, affirming the study and following President Ho Chi Minh among the youths; at the same time, typical individuals, spreading good values in society, and transmitting meaningful messages for the young generation to practice and strive for have been honored.

At the festival, the Standing Committee of the provincial Youth Union honored 128 young people in different fields, professions and localities as the exemplary staff of the Union - Association - Pioneer, upholding the sense of responsibility in solidarity and gathering youths. Rural young people with the desire to innovate, access science and technology, improve quality and bring products to the market have not only changed the lives of their families and themselves, but also contributed to the realization of local new rural construction goals. Many young people with initiatives in labor and creativity to change their appearance, clean, beautiful, civilized and safe urban landscape and many young officials, civil servants and public employees who uphold their responsibilities in professional, knowledge and service to the people have been praised. In addition, the festival also honored typical young entrepreneurs in starting businesses with efforts for businesses to stand firm in the market, creating many jobs. Students who have achieved excellent academic results, soldiers of the people's armed forces day and night on duty to ensure political security, social order and safety have also been on the honorable listing.

Vong Vinh Toan - a young man who has won the first prize in the national group of Group C of the 27th National Young Informatics Competition in 2021, Tran Hoang with his initiatives in production awarded with the National Excellent Young Worker in 2022, Le Minh Quan - a young teacher who was honored with the Outstanding Young Teacher at the Central level in 2022, are all the vivid examples. Each young person had their very emotional stories about a youth with great aspirations and ambitions in the emulations of learning and following President Ho Chi Minh.

Nurturing aspiration

Over the past time of the emulation of studying and following President Ho Chi Minh, Binh Duong youths have been constantly creative in labor, production and study. At the same time, the local Youth Union has focused on learning and following President Ho Chi Minh with setting examples, developing programs and plans from specific tasks that the Union - Association – Pioneer needs to perform. Following President Ho Chi Minh is associated with volunteer movements, community outreach and programs to accompany young people through the implementation of many new ways and methods. In such a way, practical and lively environment has been created for young people and children to practice towards humane and good values according to President vHo Chi Minh's thought, morality and style; at the same time, creating a competitive atmosphere contributing to improving the quality of all aspects of the Union's works.

The maintenance of activities and models of the Youth Union has contributed to nurturing and fostering awareness among young people. Prominent models include "A lesson from President Ho Chi Minh every day", "Elite youths following President Ho Chi Minh’s teaching", "Hours to study President Ho Chi Minh's morality", and photo hanging of President Ho Chi Minh in a solemn place of the house. All of the models have helped young people to "remember President Ho Chi Minh in the heart" to have the will to study, overcome difficulties, rise up and establish the careers for the development and progress of society.

Towards the beloved President Ho Chi MInh, Binh Duong youths are increasingly aware of the content, values, and great significance of President Ho Chi Minh's thought, morality and style. The organization of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union in the province will continue to work closely with the Party Committee to strengthen propaganda to make studying and following President Ho Chi Minh a regular and voluntary work of the Youth Union at all levels. On the other hand, the Youth Union always accompanies the youths on the path of constantly striving to become citizens ready to dominate science and technology, and present in challenging and arduous places as the leading forces at the forefront of innovation.
