City’s “Civilized urban and cultural lifestyle construction” campaign under review

TDM city’s Party Committee, on June 14, held a conference to partially sum up the realization of the “Civilized urban and cultural lifestyle construction” campaign in the first half of 2018 and define orientations, tasks for the rest of the year. Over the past time, the Steering Board and wards in the city continued strengthening propaganda work, raising public awareness of civilized urban and cultural lifestyle construction by suitable contents and forms. Many effective models, namely “Green workplace”, “Civilized street”, “Self-management group on environment”, “Clean pavement, nice street corner”,… were implemented. Accordingly, the city’s sectors, mass organization and localities got involved in removing more than 3,000 illegal advertising boards and leaflets.

For the rest of the year, the city will bend on propaganda work, raising public awareness of the campaign with appropriate contents for better implementation. The city will strive to reach 85% and 95% of alleys covered by asphalt and equipped with lighting systems, respectively…
