Di An’s YPO pays gift visit to Vietnamese heroic mothers

On the morning of May 11, Di An city’s Young Pioneer Organization (YPO) held a delegation to visit and present gifts to the local Vietnamese heroic mothers.

Particularly, the delegation visited mother Tran Thi Hai in Tan Dong Hiep ward and mother Phan Thi Cai in Tan Binh ward. Members of the city’s PYO extended best regards the mothers and expressed their deep gratitude to the mothers for their great sacrifices.

On this occasion, the city’s YPO also gave 2 gifts worth VND 800,000 each for the mothers. The activity aimed at educating the local YOP members and children about the fine tradition of "When drinking water, remember its source"  while creating a  motivation for them to try harder in studying in order to become good children and good pupils. This was one of activities done by the city’s YPO  to celebrate the 80th founding anniversary of the Ho Chi Minh YPO ((May 15,1941 – May 15, 2021).
