Exhibition of socio-economic achievements, national defense and security in Binh Duong province in 2015-2020 to be tentatively held in mid-October-2020

In the morning of July 7, Mr. Mai Hung Dung, Member of the Provincial Standing Committee, Standing Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, chaired a meeting to listen to the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism reporting the implementation situation of Ke 5-year exhibition plan for Binh Duong province's socio-economic, national defense and security achievements (2015-2020). The meeting was attended by leaders of relevant departments, agencies and localities in the province.

At the meeting, the leader of the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism said that after the provincial People's Committee issued a five-year plan to organize the exhibition of socio-economic, national defense and security achievements in Binh Duong province (2015- 2020), the department has conducted a survey of the venue, the overall premises of the exhibition area, and made a design market plan and cost estimates for the items, including the general exhibition booth section of the province hexagonal block design with an area of ​​300m2; items include 90 booths for exhibitors (36m2 a booth). The Department has also designed the plan of decoration, visual propaganda and propaganda for the whole area; make outline, layout and display content for the general show booth of the province ... After the market design is approved, The Department submits to the Provincial People's Committee for approval the estimate for each item and carries out the bidding steps in accordance with the regulations. Expected, the opening ceremony of the exhibition will be held in mid-October-2020.

In conclusion of the meeting, Mr. Mai Hung Dung basically agreed with the plan reported by the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism. He also noted that all work related to the exhibition should be prepared early so that the units have the initiative to participate. Some other related issues should be consulted by the Provincial Party Committee, the Provincial People's Committee needs to report early to reach agreement on implementation.
