Nguyen Hoang Thao elected Chairman of the 9th tenure Binh Duong Provincial People’s Committee

In the afternoon of October 2, the 9^th tenure Provincial People’s Council organized its 16^th (seminar) meeting to implement staff structuring and refinement of membership of the 9^th tenure Provincial People’s Committee in 2016-2021. Attending the session was Tran Van Nam, member of Central Committee of CPV cum Secretary of Provincial Party Committee and Head of Provincial NA Delegation, standing positions of Provincial Party Committee and leaders of Provincial People’s Council, Provincial People’s Committee, Provincial Vietnamese Fatherland Front Committee and 65 out of 68 delegates of Provincial People’s Council.

At the meeting, the attendants voted by the show of hands to remove the member title of the 9^th tenure Provincial People’s Committee against Nguyen Thi Tuyet Mai, the former Director of Provincial Inspectorate by her policy retirement, to remove the Chairman title of the 9^th tenure Provincial People’s Committee in 2016-2021 against Tran Thanh Liem who asked for retirement. At the meeting, vote was made to additionally select members of the 9^th Provincial People’s Committee in 2016-2021. Accordingly, Tran Xuan Lam, Director of Provincial Inspectorate and Mai Ba Truoc, Director of Provincial Department of Planning and Investment as members of the 9^th tenure Provincial People’s Committee in 2016-2021. Nguyen Loc Ha was selected as Deputy Chairman of the 9^th tenure Provincial People’s Committee in 2016-2021 from his current position of a member of Provincial Party Committee and Chairman of Thu Dau Mot city People’s Committee.

At the meeting, Provincial Party Committee introduced Nguyen Hoang Thao, permanent Deputy Secretary of Provincial Party Committee as a candidate to the position of Chairman of the 9^th tenure Provincial People’s Committee in 2016-2021. Accordingly, he was selected to the position of Chairman of the 9^th tenure Provincial People’s Committee in 2016-2021.
