8th provincial People’s Council’s 3rd session opens

The session will also ratify documents on issuing land price list, adjusting contributions of national defense fund at all levels of communes, wards and townships, adjusting subsidies for cadres, public servants, approving 17 resolutions on basic construction and investment plans, local socio-economic development plans in 2012, budget allocation forecast in 2012, policies of manpower training and development, subsidies for cadres and public servants and among others.

According to the session’s programs, 5 departments and agencies including Environment and Natural Resources, Transport, Healthcare, Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs will answer questions raised by deputies. Especially, the provincial People’s Committee chairman will explain deputies’ questions and set out key measures of socio-economic development and national defense in 2012.
