An effective model from legal promulgation team

Over the past 4 months, members of the provincial Youth Center’s legal promulgation team have arrived at lodging house area to offer legal consultancies free of charge for lodgers.

Nguyen Thai Son, head of the team, said most of the team members have law bachelor degrees and work for the provincial agencies and department, so workers’ questions are replied exactly and easily.

The legal promulgation team has been established since 2009 with 30 members. The team is divided into 2 groups with a task of arriving at lodging houses to offer legal consultancies free of charge for workers.

To uphold efficiency of the legal promulgations, the team members will focus on contents relating to Road Traffic Law, Labor Code to improve young workers’ awareness.
