Thu Dau Mot Town leader called for concentration of capital to urgent construction

Provincial People’s Committee Chair Le Thanh Cung just called for concentration of capital construction in an official meeting in Thu Dau Mot Town.

Under reports of Thu Dau Mot Town People’s Committee, the town has spent over VND 526 billion or 88.74% of allocated budget for major capital constructions of street leading to Binh Duong conentrated center of politics and administration, Nguyen Tri Phuong Street in the first nine months of the year. The spending is considered as a success of planning; however, certain difficulties remain in terms of property price fluctuation, land use appeals, compensation ratio, and so on. By local estimation, Thu Dau Mot Town would need additional VND 600 billion for capital construction.

Addressing the meeting, Chair Le Thanh Cung unanimously agreed with suggestion duly made by Thu Dau Mot Town. He called for review of capital sources to balance capital construction especially in fields of education, healthcare with special consideration of site clearance and compensation tasks.
