Binh Duong province passive telecommunications infrastructure planning till 2020 – 2025 to be approved

On May 11, Mr. Dang Minh Hung, Vice Chairman of provincial People’s Committee, chaired a meeting to evaluate Binh Duong province passive telecommunications infrastructure planning till 2020 with orientation towards 2025.

Provincial passive telecommunications infrastructure planning till 2020 aims to construct passive telecommunications infrastructure with modern technologies, extensive coverage, high quality, ensuring safety and security in the new situation; at the same time meet the requirements of landscape and environmental protection in urban areas, turning towards a modern Binh Duong city. Passive telecommunications infrastructure must synchronously develop in line with the overall development of national telecommunications infrastructure. At the meeting, members of the appraisal council voted on the planning.

Speaking at the meeting, Mr. Dang Minh Hung affirmed, provincial passive telecommunications infrastructure planning till 2020 – 2025 was one component for the province to successfully carry out the 10^th Binh Duong Party Resolution (2015-2020 tenure). The construction of new infrastructure should be underground but ensure uniformity and modernization. The consultant needs to update involved plans to assess carefully the situation, put forward appropriate solutions to achieve its objectives.
