Reporting to the delegation, the provincial People's Committee leader said that implementing the 2019 Campaign for the Government, the coordination between the authorities and the mass organizations, the Fatherland Front, and socio-political unions is often implemented. often, create favorable conditions for the people to uphold their ownership and participate in building a clean and strong Party and government. The reception of citizens, the reception, handling and settlement of complaints and denunciations comply with the order of procedures and competence according to the provisions of law. Conciliation at the grassroots level, the dialogue before issuing the settlement decision are focused. In the past 5 years, the success rate of grassroots conciliation in the province reached 86%. The handling of letters, complaints and denunciations within their competence at all levels has reached a high rate. Specifically, in 2018 and May 9, 2019, the province received 10,057 cases with 20. 813 visits to complaints, denunciations, petitions and feedbacks. During the period, 1,684 complaints and denunciations were received, in which, the application was eligible to handle 641 applications. As a result, 569/641 applications were solved, reaching 88.76%.

The administrative procedure reform has had positive changes in the direction of close to the people and to the people.
