Conference held to disseminate and provide professional guidance on administrative procedure reform and digital transformation

On December 20, the Provincial People's Committee held a conference to provide professional guidance on administrative procedure reform, single-window mechanism associated with digital transformation in the province. The conference was by Vo Van Minh, Deputy Secretary of Binh Duong Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of Provincial People's Committee; Ngo Hai Phan, Director of Administrative Procedures Control Department under the Government Office.

At the conference, Vo Van Minh said, to continue successfully implementing the 11th Provincial Party Resolution and better serving people and businesses, the Provincial People's Committee timely proposed breakthrough solutions to build a strong administration at all levels in the province.

One of the solutions is to improve the efficiency of information technology application in administrative reform, meeting requirements of a democratic, professional, modern and dynamic administration, serving the people, operating effectively and efficiently".

Provincial Party Committee promulgated Resolution No. 05-NQ/TU on digital transformation and Directive No. 22-CT/TU on administrative reform. In addition, the Provincial People's Committee receives the Government's attention and support in administrative reform and digital transformation.

The Provincial People's Committee’s Chairman asked provincial departments, branches, and localities to implement instructions relevant to Decision No. 766/QD-TTg of the Prime Minister on approving the set of indicators for direction, administration, and assessment of service quality to people and businesses in administrative procedures and public services in real time in the digital environment; establish a team to evaluate the 766 Index applying to agencies and localities to promptly monitor, direct, and improve the province's results of 766 Index implementation.

At the conference, experts guided through new points for departments, branches and localities to develop 2023 plans on administrative reform, administrative procedure control, innovation of the single-window mechanism, and digital transformation…

In the afternoon of the same day, the Provincial People's Committee held a conference to guide through the reform of administrative procedures associated with digital transformation. The conference was attended by Vo Van Minh, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of Provincial People's Committee; Ngo Hai Phan, Director of Administrative Procedures Control Department of the Government Office.  

At the conference, Ngo Hai Phan recommended the province to focus on developing high-quality IT human resources, especially actively building many projects and databases of business information, land, environment, construction, civil status, labor etc. to build a rich database of the province to use in many different purposes of provincial leaders’ direction and administration as well as serving people and businesses...
