Delegation of Binh Duong ’s FFC visits overseas Vietnamese in Laos’Champasak

Also during the visit to Laos’Champasak province, a delegation of Binh Duong province’s Fatherland Front Committee (FFC), led by Huynh Van Nhi, Chairman of provincial FFC visited the Association of Overseas Vietnamese in Champasak on October 16.

Representatives of the Executive Board of the Association of Overseas Vietnamese in Champasak expressed their delight and thanks to the delegation’s visit. According to them, Champasak is now home to 492 households with around 3,760 Vietnamese people. Most of them have got involved in trade-services…

Meanwhile, representatives of the delegation also showed their delight at achievements done by overseas Vietnamese in Champasak. On this occasion, the delegation also presented US$1,000 to the Association of Overseas Vietnamese in Champasak.

The Charity Board of Binh Duong province’s Buddhist Sangha together with physicians from the province also visited, provided free medical check-ups and gifts for around 300 people in Champasak province’s Bachieng district.

In the afternoon of the same day, the delegation toured the Dau Tieng Viet-Laos Rubber Joint Stock Company.
