Binh Duong province currently has 9 district libraries over 9 district-level administrative units, of which 8 out of 9 district-level libraries are under the district-level Culture and Sports Center, with a common office with Cultural Center Sports and Office of Culture and Information at district level; 1 district library (Library of Di An town) under the district Office of Culture and Information.

On average, each district library has nearly 43,000 copies of books and more than 27,000 newspapers and magazines of all kinds; The most library has more than 67,000 copies of books (Library of Di An town) and more than 71,000 newspapers and magazines of all kinds (Library of Thuan An town).

Promoting its role, district libraries mainly serve on-site readers in the form of home loans and book circulation for the facility.
