In the evening of Feb. 4, the provincial party committee, People’s Council and Committee and Fatherland Front Committee held a get-together between the provincial leaders and reps of foreign agencies and enterprises inside and outside of the country on the coming Tet holiday 2015. Mai The Trung, secretary of the provincial party committee cum head of the provincial National Assembly delegation, Pham Van Canh, chairman of the provincial People’s Council, Tran Van Nam, chairman of the provincial People’s Committee, Huynh Van Nhi, chairman of the provincial Fatherland Front Committee attended the meeting.

Addressing the meeting, Tran Van Nam, chairman of the provincial People’s Committee said that the local economy in the past year continued to reach a high and stable growth with a 13% increase in GDP, 17.7% in export turnover, 60.8% in industry, 36.2% in service, 3% in agriculture and more.

Tran Van Nam, chairman of the provincial People’s Committee extended thanks to general consulates, foreign agencies in Ho Chi Minh city, Vietnamese rep agencies in foreign nations for their introduction and information supply on Binh Duong business environment for foreign investors and hoped that Binh Duong province would continue to enjoy care and assistance from these agencies.
