Hotline 1022 receives 920 requests, complaints and recommendations

Over the first 6 months of 2021, the province's hotline 1022 received 920 requests, complaints and recommendations from citizens and businesses. Namely, public officials satisfactorily tackled 630 requests, feedbacks and recommendations, reaching the rate of 68.48%. The hotline received 1,963 requests, of which 980 cases were successfully handled, reaching a rate of 49.93%.

The hotline 1022 of Binh Duong province has been operated effectively, helped people and businesses to have tools to report and give feedback in a timely manner; it helps the government to receive, handle and respond to people and businesses quickly, accurately, and with reasonable understanding. The province's hotline system aims to receive honest feedback and recommendations of people and businesses so that the local government could serve them better, operate more openly and transparently, and join hands for more civilized, prosperous and beautiful Binh Duong.
