Local sector of information-communications needs to actively take part in smart city development

Dang Minh Hung, Vice-Chairman of provincial People’s Committee made the statement at provincial Department of Information and Communications’ conference reviewing activities in 2017 and implementing tasks for 2018 just held yesterday, January 26.

Speaking at the conference, Mr.Hung asked for the whole sector to continue effectively carrying out instruction policies on boosting grassroots information task; soon perfect a plan on publishing printed matters to 2020 and vision to 2030; effectively realize IT application in State agencies; strengthen online public services…

On this occasion, the Ministry of Information and Communications awarded the mementoes of “For the cause of information-communications” to 9 individuals; the emulation banner for the best unit in the emulation movements 2017 and the certificates of merit to provincial Department of Information and Communications for its excellent performance in realizing the Law on Information Technology.
