Many collectives and individuals of Binh Duong Provincial Youth Union commended

On January 24, Standing Committee of the Provincial Youth Union held a conference to summarize youth activities and movements in 2021. Nguyen Van Loc, Member of Provincial Party Standing Committee, Head of Provincial Party Mass Mobilization Board, Chairman of Provincial Fatherland Front Committee, chaired the conference.

In 2021, Youth Union at all levels enhanced the implementation of new rural construction criteria. As a result, Youth Union at all levels carried out 14 projects "Lighting up country roads" with a total road length of 28km; repaired 28 roads with a total length of nearly 87km; repaired and build 22 new houses; constructed and upgraded 25 children's playgrounds; cleared, cleaned up nearly 50km of roads, canals, rural canals...

At all levels of Youth Union in the province, 15,600 volunteers joined squads to serve the prevention and control of Covid-19. Through the prevention and control of Covid-19, many good models and practices appeared in youth organizations such as: Project "ATM Oxy", "ATM F0", "Giving medicine bag - beating Covid-19”…

Speaking at the conference, Nguyen Van Loc appreciated outstanding results in 2021 of Youth Union in the province. He also asked Youth Unions to continue carrying programs, activities and projects in line with the province's smart city development strategy, and perform the dual task of disease prevention control and socio-economic development. Youth Union at all levels need to stick to the provincial Party Resolutions to have programs upholding the role and meaning of youth, make achievements to celebrate the congresses of Youth Unions at all levels.

On the other hand, all levels of Youth Union gained experiences during the last term to set the direction of the new term and successfully organize the congress; especially to improve the quality of union staff; In addition to enthusiasm, youth union staff need to have good qualifications and work experience. Youth Unions in the whole province need to continue performing meaningful works to maintain development; Union officials are always full of enthusiasm, youth strength, uphold solidarity to build youth organizations, where youth union members send their thoughts and aspirations to.

At the conference, Standing Committee of the Provincial Youth Union awarded third-class Labor Medal from the President to 1 individual; awarded certificates of merit from the Prime Minister to 1 collective and 1 individual; awarded emulation flags of excellent units of the Central Youth Union to Provincial Youth Union and Youth Federation. The Provincial Youth Union also presented awards of the central and provincial levels to excellent individuals and collectives in studying, following Uncle Ho and in youth movements in 2021.
