Nguyen Minh Tam joins in Binh Duong provincial Communist Youth Union Congress.

Tam has attached to youth union’s work since his high school years. In 2008, after graduation from high school, he has held position of vice secretary of Hiep Thanh ward youth union. Characters of youthfulness and enthusiasm are factors helping him mature in his work.

One of his successes is the connectivity between local youth and alien ones. Tam shared “alien youths suffer many disadvantages, so I want to create useful playgrounds for them”. Therefore, Tam has spurred a project of gathering young workers and held cultural-artistic programs… for them.

Especially, Tam and youths and unionists have set up club for voluntary blood donation with the participation of nearly 80 members, club for young enthusiasm and so on. For Tam, youth union work is very hard but fun. “Joining in youth union work, my most satisfied thing is to express youthfulness, ambition and enthusiasm and practice awareness and responsibility of youth in the renewal period”, he added.

At present, Tam has made efforts to add knowledge and perfect himself. Tam affirms that in the new period, youths’ patriotic is not only in enthusiasm but in intellectual.

With his efforts, Tam has received merit certificates from functional agencies at all levels.
