Over 3,000 cadres and public servants trained during over 4 years

As many as 873 people were trained on political argument and 7,230 trained on the State management. In addition, the province sent some cadres to foreign nations for training.

The locality will select young cadres and public servants for the upcoming training in a bid to create a managerial source with skill and knowledge on all areas. In addition, the locality will add and adjust policies to lure intellectuals and encourage cadres and public servants to uphold their talent.
