Defining that this is a great political campaign, helping young people raise their awareness of the great values about Uncle Ho’s exemplary morals, the Youth Union of Phu An commune in Ben Cat has actively responded to the campaign via many significant activities.

The local Youth Union has set up yearly plans to study and follow late President Ho Chi Minh’s exemplary morals in association of the emulation movements among young people. Particularly, the local Youth Union has sped up dissemination of information about the campaign via many concrete activities, including organizing contests on telling about late President Ho Chi Minh’s exemplary morals, writing diaries about following Uncle Ho’s teachings, revolutionary songs; registering youth works following Uncle Ho’s teachings; engaging in activities of environmental protection…

Achievements

The Youth Union of Phu An ward in Ben Cat district and its affiliates have so far written 15 diaries following Uncle Ho’s teachings. The local youths have also actively got involved in the local cultural and sports activities. Especially, their awareness of Uncle Ho’s teachings have obviously been improved.

Many good initiatives and models have also been discovered under the campaign “Studying and following late President Ho Chi Minh’s exemplary morals”, luring the involvement of the local youths. This has actually become a great political campaign, contributing to building up exemplary Youth Union cadres.

The local Youth Union has worked out 4 youth works following Uncle Ho’s teachings with a total value of more than VND40mln and many other significant deeds; regularly cleaned up agencies, historical relic sites and monuments…

Over the past five years, the local Youth Union honored 85 outstanding youths in following Uncle Ho’s teachings and there were also two youths offered for commendation at provincial level. To say, Le Hoang An, vice-secretary of Ben Giang hamlet’s Youth Union has made contributions to the local Youth Union and actively mobilized youths to study and follow Uncle Ho’s teaching via many concrete programs. Hence, youths in Ben Giang hamlet have actively responded to movements launched by the local Youth Union.

To improve the effectiveness of “studying and following Uncle Ho’s teachings”, Tran Ngoc Tai, secretary of Phu An commune’s Youth Union said that the local Youth Union will further speed up education and dissemination of information about the significance and importance of “studying and following Uncle Ho’s teaching” in association with patriotic emulation movements among youths…
