Provincial State Employees' Trade Union upholds efficiency in management participation

On the afternoon of December 29, provincial State Employees' Trade Union held a conference to review its activities in 2022, deploy directions and tasks for 2023.

In 2022, provincial State Employees' Trade Union effectively upheld its participation in management. Notably, trade union locals have advised in recruiting, arranging, promoting, evaluating, rewarding... cadres and civil servants, trade unionists members. Provincial State Employees ‘Trade Union advised authorities on training nearly 1,300 turns of cadres, civil servants and creating favorable conditions for them to study and improve their professional qualifications to ensure requirements in the new context... Along with that, trade union locals launched and signed emulation contracts to successfully implement tasks on socio-economic development in 2022 under the plan of provincial State Employees ‘Trade Union; were proactive to coordinate with authorities to focus on taking care of and protecting cadres, civil servants ‘legitimate rights and interests, and supervise the implementation of regimes and policies for cadres and civil servants...

On this occasion, the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor awarded the medal "For the cause of trade union building" to 10 trade union officials. Provincial Labor Union also presented the emulation flags to 2 trade union locals; awarded the certificates of merit to 12 collectives and 8 individuals for their outstanding achievements in the emulation movement of “working well, building up a strong Trade Union” in 2022. Provincial State Employees’Trade Union also awarded the certificates of merit to 37 collectives and 179 individuals.
