Provincial Youth Union introduces publications to welcome congresses at all levels

To welcome Youth Union's congresses at all levels, prepare for the 11th Provincial Congress of Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union, the 12th National Congress of Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union tenure 2022-2027, the Provincial Youth Union's Standing Committee issued a handbook about tradition of Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union of Binh Duong province 2021".

The publication delivers some contents, such as function, nature, role of Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union, congresses, and remarkable information about Youth Union's organizations.
