On December 27 and 28, provincial Youth Union has organized a festive day of “Binh Duong’s children act for national border areas” with the participation of 33 heads of Ho Chi Minh Young Pioneer Teams and outstanding teenage pioneers at province-based primary and secondary schools. They have also took park in the 2013 program of giving gifts for poor children in southern Binh Phuoc province. 

Provincial Ho Chi Minh Young Pioneer Team Association mobilized members and children across the province to make contributions to this program. After many days for preparation, the association collected a total of 11,566 notebooks, 8,944 textbooks, 71 sets of textbook, 373 cartoons, 1,695 various books and newspapers, 880 packets of instant noodle, 3,038 pens together with many other gifts.

The gifts-giving program features many significant activities, including visiting and presenting gifts to children with difficult circumstances in Binh Phuoc; reviewing cooperation activities between the Youth Unions of Binh Duong and Binh Phuoc; signing a cooperation program between the two units in the 2013 and 2017 period; organizing an exchange between children of the two provinces; getting involved in other social activities in Binh Phuoc…
