Public Administration Centre is about to go into operation

According to the Department of Home Affairs, from mid February 2015, provincial Public Administration Centre (called hereafter Centre) will be officially put into operation at the open administrative zone under provincial Integrated Political Administrative Centre.

The Centre is a unit under Department of Home Affairs, managed directly by Director of the Department of Home Affairs. After officially going into operation, the Centre will assist Director of the Department of Home Affairs in managing and coordinating administrative procedures settlement, applying information technology, and managing material facilities of the one-door area.

The Centre is also responsible for organizing areas, positions of agencies at the open administrative zone, publishing, listing, guiding the process of administrative procedures settlement. 

The Centre will contribute to coordinating, monitoring, supervising, urging one-door units; settling administrative procedures. The Centre will regularly consult businesses, the people about satisfaction in administrative procedures settlement, thereby, propose innovative solutions, improve the quality of administrative procedures settlement to serve business, people better.
