The provincial Police and the Di An city organized a meeting to celebrate the 99th anniversary of the Vietnamese Revolutionary Journalism Day

On the afternoon of June 21, Binh Duong provincial Police held a meeting with the press to celebrate the 99th anniversary of the Vietnamese Revolutionary Journalism Day (June 21, 1925 to June 21, 2024).

At the meeting, the representative of the Provincial Police provided information on the security situation, the fight against crime, and the prevention of various types of crimes in the first 6 months of 2024. The outstanding results include the investigation and discovery of 775 cases related to social order crimes; the handling of 335 cases of economic crimes and legal violations, involving over 370 individuals. Ensuring traffic safety, fire prevention and rescue, and social order administration have also achieved many positive results, contributing to ensuring political security and social order and safety in the province.

Lieutenant Colonel Nguyen Van Dut, Deputy Director of the Provincial Police, hopes that in the coming time, the press agencies will continue to accompany and share to effectively implement the dissemination of laws, ensuring security and order, and fighting and preventing crime more effectively in the province.

On the morning of the same day, the Party Committee, People's Council, People's Committee, and Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Di An city organized a meeting to celebrate the 99th anniversary of Vietnamese Revolutionary Journalism Day (June 21, 1925 to June 21, 2024). Attending the meeting were Mr. Ho Quang Diep, Standing Member of the Provincial Party Committee, Secretary of the Di An city Party Committee.

On behalf of the leadership of Di An city, Mr. Ho Quang Diep expressed the desire for the locality to continue receiving the companionship of the press agencies in the work of disseminating information on political tasks, outstanding achievements in socio-economic development, national defense and security of the city in order to encourage all classes of people to participate in building and developing a more civilized, modern, and compassionate Di An city.
