In 2 days of July 7 and 8, the Trade Union of Ben Cat Industrial Parks held the 3rd Congress of 2023-2028 tenure with the motto of "Innovation - Democracy - Solidarity - Development". In the last term, the Trade Union of Ben Cat Industrial Parks has organized many practical activities to take care of and protect the legitimate interests of union members and workers.

Notably, enterprises with grassroots trade unions held dialogues at the workplace with a rate of over 95%; over 70% of trade unions have successfully negotiated and signed collective labor agreements with more favorable terms for employees; tens of thousands of gifts were presented to disadvantaged workers who could not return to their hometown to celebrate Tet or suffered labor accidents or serious illness with a total amount of tens of billions of VND. In the new term, the Trade Union of Ben Cat Industrial Park sets out a number of targets to strive for establishment of trade unions in 95% of enterprises with 25 employees or more, 83% of enterprises with trade unions signing collective labor agreements.

The Congress elected the Executive Committee of the Trade Union of Ben Cat Industrial Park for a new term of 21 members. Nguyen Van Thanh continued to be elected to hold the position of Chairman of the Trade Union of Ben Cat Industrial Parks of the third tenure.
