Morning of October 30, at the Department of Information and Communications (DIC), in coordination with the Department of Population and Family Planning (DPFP), a conference on "Implementation of the provisions of the State banning publications of gender selection" was held. Attending the conference were more than 100 business owners selling cultural products (VHP) in the province.At the conference, the delegates listened to reports on the state of gender imbalance in the country and in Binh Duong province in the past; policies of the State in gender selection; decrees sanctioning the administrative violations of regulations on population and children; Ordinance No. 06/2003/PL-UBTVQH11 of the National Assembly Standing Committee on Population. After the conference, DIC and the DPFP shall organize inspection of business establishments in the province.
